Environmental Liability Protection

At E-Cycle Environmental we take the protection of our client's environmental liabilities very seriously. This is due to the fact that all electronics in any shape or form have been labeled universal and hazardous waste. Once a waste is labeled universal or hazardous it is the generator's (your) responsibility to make sure it gets handled appropriately. If your waste is not handled in an accountable manner the fines can measure up to $5000/day. The majority of e-waste is easy to trace back to the generator due to serial numbers that are listed on most electronics. That is why E-Cycle Environmental adopted a complete destruction policy via a shredding process. Once your electronic device is shredded it has been turned into a different physical entity, thus releasing all of your liabilities.
